Introduction HDPE is the abbreviation of high-density polyethylene, a material for produce high strength-to-density ratio and corrosion-resistant pipes. The diameter range can be chosen from DN16 to DN315. HDPE pipes are pressure tolerance pipes with a range of 0.25 Mpa – 1.0 Mpa. According to the results of hydrostatic pressure test it can be separate into totally 5 grade: PE32, PE40, PE63, PE80 and PE100. For PE80 and PE100 grades of HDPE pipe and fittings, they are widely used to transport and distribute natural gas and portable water.
